Sweating is a natural process of the human body, it helps reduce heat and remove toxins from our bodies. Sometimes, we sweat a lot more in warmer temperatures, when we exercise, or in are in situations that make us angry, nervous or embarrassed. However, when sweating happens without being brought on by the natural causes or is excessive, it could be a condition called hyperhidrosis. The uncontrollable sweating can cause a lot of discomfort but, is usually not medically harmful. Those with hyperhidrosis simply appear to have overactive sweat glands. When the excessive sweat contains high levels of bacteria a foul smell of body odor will accompany the sweat, furthering the embarrassment and in turn worsening the sweating. It is a viscous repetitive cycle without much relief to be found. There are very few effective ways to stop the perspiration safely.
Dry it up!
A hydro Forte is not an ordinary antiperspirant; it contains the active ingredient aluminum chloride hex a hydrate, a very powerful medication for the treatment of hyperhidrosis. It helps reduce excessive sweating by blocking the over active sweat ducts in the skin, and provides a great deodorant action by killing the harmful bacteria that helps cause bad body odor. It comes in roll on form with various strengths of aluminum chloride hex a hydrate that can be obtained either over the counter or by prescription.
Simple enough
For the best outcome the roll on should be administered to dry skin before going to sleep, and removed in the morning. This helps the medication to work because the sweat glands are not as active during the evening and applying a hydro Forte won’t be as irritating when you remain inactive and dry. It should not be applied to skin that is broken, irritated, or arm pits that have recently been shaven, this product should be kept away from the face. Never apply the product to sores or broken skin it can cause serious medical problems to arise.
Is it safe for everyone?
The antiperspirant is safe for use in adults and pregnant women that have no known hypersensitivity or allergy to the active ingredient aluminum chloride hex hydrate. The use in children (>12 years old) should be closely monitored and the roll on discontinued if the signs of allergic reaction arise, like irritation or redness of the skin at the site of application. If you experience this, try applying the product less often.
